Melha Vintage Autos History

The Melha Shriners Vintage Auto Unit was approved by the Melha Shriners in 1980. Presently, the unit has 70 members, and we are proud of our support of our fraternity over the years. We have an Annual Car Show each September, which is our major fund raiser. The proceeds are used support the good works of the Springfield Shriner’s Hospital and the Melha Shriners.

We participate in multiple parades throughout the year, including the St Patrick’s Day Parade in Holyoke, the Fourth of July Parade in East Longmeadow, notable parades in Belchertown and West Springfield. In addition, we support the Annual Paper Drive, Cruise Nights, Feztival of Trees, and the Country Western Music Feztival.

It is not necessary to own a vintage automobile to be a member of our unit – an interest in old cars and trucks do! We have a close -knit membership and welcome new members in our support of the Hospital and the Melha Shriners.
