Jr Blvd\, Charlotte\, NC 28202 for the 2023 Imperial Session: \n2023 Package is $1780 per couple: \n\n6 day stay from July 1st-July 6th\nAll taxes included\nHospitality room\nDinner at Mac’s Speed Shop (Food only)\n\nDoes not include: \n\nLadies Luncheon\nTransportation\n\nHotel is located across the street from the NASCAR Hall of Fame and the Convention Center \nThere are two options to pay: \n\nPay in full\, $1780 per couple\, by March 20\, 2023 by selecting the Imperial 2023 – Pay In Full Due By 3/20/23 item below.\nPay a deposit of $500 per couple by March 20\, 2023 by selecting the Imperial 2023 – First Payment Due By 3/20/23 item below. Then returning to this website and pay second payment of $500 per couple by May 1\, 2023 by selecting the Imperial 2023 – Second Payment Due By 5/1/23 item below. Then returning to this website and pay third and final payment of $780 per couple by June 1\, 2023 by selecting the Imperial 2023 – Balance Due By 6/1/23 item below.\n\nAll proceeds are for the benefit of Melha Shriners activities\, and donations are not deductible as charitable contributions. A transaction fee of 3.5% is applied to all online and credit card transactions.
