DESCRIPTION:2026 – Potentates Reception May 1-2\, 2026\nIllustrious Potentate Matthew Herman cordially invites you to celebrate Melha Shriners in 2026. Join us for a weekend of Fun and Fellowship. Lodging and event detials are as follows: \nHotel Accommodations: Bookings are available directly through the hotel. Please use the group name “Melha Shriners 2026” and group code “MSG” for a check-in date of 5/1 and check out on 5/3.  Price is $159 per night plus applicable taxes. Again\, you need to book directly through the hotel: Homewood Suites By Hilton Holyoke\, 375 Whitney Ave. Holyoke\, MA 01040 – (413) 532-3100. Hotel price does not include anything else\, all other items need to be selected and paid for in addition to the hotel. \nFriday Night (5/1) Murder Mystery Diner (Buffet): Friday night join us for a Murder Mystery buffet dinner at the Elks Lodge 250 Whitney Ave\, Holyoke\, MA 01040. Event will begin at 6:30pm. Price is $55 per person. \nSaturday Afternoon (5/2) Family Barbeque: Saturday afternoon join us for a Potentates Family BBQ at the Springfield Elks Lodge #61\, 440 Tiffany St\, Springfield\, MA 01108. Event begins at 2pm. BBQ will consist of: Smoked Jalapeno Poppers and Little Smokies (meatballs wrapped in bacon) for starters\, with  Full Hog\, Brisket\, Char Grilled BBQ Chicken Thighs\, Hamburgers and Hot Dogs for the main; as well as Mac & Cheese\, Potato Salad\, Baked Beans\, Corn on the Cob (Mexican street corn) \, Coleslaw and Corn Bread for sides. This is being catered by ZACKS BBQ. Prices is $85 per person with children under 10 being free. \nFriday night and Saturday afternoon reservations close 8am on 4/21/26\, select your tickets for all option you would like to purchase below and checkout here online. \nIf you prefer you can download a PDF version of the flyer and fill it out and mail it into the office by clicking –>HERE<– \nAll proceeds are for the benefit of Melha Shriners activities\, and donations are not deductible as charitable contributions.
