2025 – Potentates Reception March 28-29, 2025

Illustrious Potentate Christopher Parker cordially invites you to celebrate Melha Shriners in 2025. Join us for a weekend of Fun and Fellowship. Lodging and all events are at The 1080 (Former Clarion Hotel), 1080 Riverdale Street, West Springfield, MA 01089.

Hotel Accommodations: Bookings are available for Friday and/or Saturday night. Hotel price of $139 a night includes taxes and access to Melha’s Hospitality Room, which will be available both nights, access is only granted for the nights you’re staying at the hotel. Hotel price does not include anything else, all other items need to be selected and paid for in addition to the hotel.

Friday Night (3/28/25) Dinner & Dance: Friday night join us for a BBQ style buffet dinner and a Country and Western Dance. Entertainment will be by the Ron Jones Band. Social will begin at 6pm with dinner at 7pm followed by music and dancing. Price is $45 per person.

Saturday Morning (3/29/25) Breakfast: Saturday morning join us for a Northeast Buffet Breakfast at 9:30am. Price is $25 per person.

Saturday Night (3/29/25) Potentates Reception Dinner: Saturday night join us for the Potentates Reception Dinner and dancing/entertainment. Dinner will be a buffet with social starting at 5pm, a grand entry at 6pm with the meal starting at 7pm followed by dancing with entertainment by General Gists. Price is $80 per person.

All proceeds are for the benefit of Melha Shriners activities, and donations are not deductible as charitable contributions. If paying online or with a credit card a transaction fee of 3.5% is added to all transactions.
